SharePoint Create Folder
I hope they remember that folders are relevant not only for document libraries but also for regular lists.
This is lame, but you can use Create File and if the path doesn't exist, the folder will be created. In the case of Move File, for example, giving it a non-existent path will cause it to error. So I used Create File to create a file at non-existent path (this creates folder and file), then Delete File (leaving the folder), then Move File to the folder that now exists.

The lack of this function causes using hacks or make Logic Apps much much less useful in what they are trying to solve: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47665622/which-actions-can-i-use-to-create-a-folder-in-sharepoint-online-via-azure-logi/47683388#47683388

This can be accomplished by adding a forward slash to the Create file Folder Path field after you select your document library add a /Anything <--- Anything could be a dynamic field "FROM" or something you type in.
