Limit the number of concurrent logic app instances
Nice to see that the "singleton" feature has been introduced!
Why not taking it one level further and make the number of allowed concurrent instances configurable?
In this way, we can easily "throttle" the logic apps by configuration in case the backend system cannot handle a high load.

Maybe I'm wrong but this feature is Completed and not only Started?
Are you able to close the status of this request and also update the documentation? We will definitely be using this feature, now that we have realised it is already available (thanks Toon).

Thanks for adding this new feature. Some feedback can be found in this blog: https://toonvanhoutte.wordpress.com/2017/08/29/logic-apps-concurrency-control/
Great idea. we want to limit the number of files we sent to SFTP server due to Rate limit on SFTP Connector and this will be handy in these sort of scenarios.

I really see the value in this one. We had this one time that a Logic App floaded a backend service (and eventually brought it down...) at high message load.
