How can we improve Microsoft Azure Stream Analytics?

Please add feature that can set Path pattern time zone as a JST.

At now, when output at Azure Blob Storage/ADLS gen2, the path pattern time zone is UTC.
But I want to set this time zone as a JST.
Please add feature that can set Path pattern time zone as a JST.
