Add "Opeartional Insights GUID" in query word
Currently, we change hostname at managed server, OpsInsight does not chase changing hostname.
And, we install agents to multiple servers of the same hostname, it is displayed mixed data.
Please, identify managend computer by GUID in dashboard.
I’m interested to understand more about why when you change a hostname the computer is not considered a new computer. Also, how frequently are you changing the names of computers?
Lastly, why do you have multiple servers with the same hostname?
We have same issue with multiple hostnames, where there are multiple servers with the same hostname in separate Azure subscriptions.

We have to check computer correctly.
If OpsInsights cannot chase to change host name, server administrator cannot view long-term report.
A new administrator needs to know "Old computer name" to manage the server.
In viewing audit, it is difficult who server administrator chases "audit log" and "changed configuration" changed name server.

I think two cases.
Case 1:Development Environment scenario
Application developers repeat installing and uninstalling server environment.
If developer install to server with the same name, OpsInsight cannot understand to difference between two environments.
Case 2:Multi-Tenant scenario
In managed multiple tenant in cloud, each customer may be using same hostname.
