Restrict user access
I want to grant a general user access to Log Search and My Dashboard only. I want to be the administrator of the environment and setup the dashboards for them, but I do not want them to be able to browse all solutions, or be able to add/remove solutions, or make any changes to the dashboards. If things need added/removed/modified then those requests should be funneled to me, the admin.

OMS restriction with RBAC capabilities which is a big constraint.

Having a "simple" user able to enable solution packs is a big concern for us as it might suddenly involve big increase of data upload.
Currently "users" can add and remove solution packs, and make configuration changes to the workspace. It would be good to restrict that to "Administrators".
Change the User role so that the role only has Read-Only access (only allowed to view) to the configurations in Operational Insight. Today a user in the User role can change settings and I would like a role that cannot do that. Another solution could be to add a new role that has that access.
