YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND I WANT TO CANCEL SERVICES
I spent 3 hrs on the phone being transfered and in the end i am told to pay $250 for technical support services or cancel my service by your rep to fix your problem?!?!
The WORST and the woman was nasty and rude - i do not want to deal w/ you guys ever again... My business is impacted b/c my employees cannot access data because an error w/ the Active Directory SSO to google apps - and I get attitude and told to pay or cancel!!!
I have never EVER had such an experience with any customer support - and I will not waste any more time w/ this or you guys. I am just going to remove all settings and migrate our services over to Amazon!
