Provide decent and speedy support
I have issued two tickets both of which get assigned and then forgotten and lost for days until I create a new ticket asking what's happened.
2 guys have been good the rest utter rubbish, not reading, understanding or owning the problem and just reassigning it as soon as possible!
Utter pants!!

I've experienced the exact same issues, excessively long delays between responses, reassigning constantly (usually resulting in another 3-4 day delay). My latest experience was receiving an intro to a new rep that was taking over as my current rep was unavailable. I immediately sent a question and received an auto-reply that the new rep was out of the office for several days. Seriously? AWS is looking better all the time.
