Fix "Recommended Solution" links when entering a support request (bug)
When creating a new support request ("Help + Support"), the support wizard will present the user with a number of solutions ("Recommended Solution") that are related to the category the user's issue is categorized as. When clicking these links, however, at least some of them will resolve to the home page of the Microsoft Azure blog
For example, when reporting an issue with an App Service Certificate, a link showed up for "When does my certificate get renewed?" This points to:
When clicking on it, however, this instead redirects to the generic home page:
Presumably, this is because the original article URL format has changed, and a redirect was not setup on the Azure blog. That said, the URLs to these articles should be updated to the new format—or they should be removed if those articles no longer exist.
