Allow contact information on support requests to be modified (bug)
After a support request is created in the portal ("Help + Support"), certain fields can be modified, including the information under the "Contact Information" pain. Modifications to this information, however, do not appear to persist. I've tried modifying, for example, time zone as well as the secondary contact.
The time zone is especially concerning since a) it isn't requested when submitting the initial request, and b) it (presumably) dictates during what time zone support will respond to a request.
While this isn't going to affect users' day-to-day experience on Microsoft Azure, it is nevertheless quite frustrating to be presented with bugs when trying to receive technical support on a product.
