Your process is a joke and sucks!
Your people who answer the phone a nice, but your process is a joke and really sucks. Transferred three times, and a half an hour of my time shot for a simple billing question that was not fully answered, so now I am waiting for a call back. Your process is a total joke and the reason Microsoft is going to lose more and more loyal customers. Check out Amazons customer service if you want to see how its done correctly.

Waited 2 days for a response to an Azure issue with moderate user impact, only to be asked what the problem was and told to wait another day or two...Still waiting.

I am on a similar boat. Response times for support are incredibly slow.
I have to agree, the support is bad, they are issues with my Azure account, and frankly it does seem to be bugs in the portal. Please take a look at Amazon support on what is good support.
some people don't do twitter because we are not twits. Real professional companies don't use twitter for support. You need to take lessons from IBM
Azure is terrible and it's service suck more than anything.
You are try to force us to use the new Azure portal, which has the most stupid and useless UI ever!
Bonus: billing is not implemented in the new portal.
The only free support is the billing support. And the billing support is terrible.
Should contacted once the billing support, only got contact with poor Indian guys (nothing against them..), with 10+ hours time difference from EU.
This is a joke. And you will expect from us to pay for the technical "support"?!
