can you have a human in the billing department instead of creating a ticket and wasting many hours of me. It is more than 2 hrs and still struggling with the a transaction and that need to refund/disputed. I am on the phone right now dialing this number 1.800.867.1389 and I used the option#1 instead of #2 (there is no human) and waiting on get it done. That SUCKS
I have a similar issue. 2 issues:
1. Charged for services which are free for 12 months
2. Charged extra than what invoice is showing.

I’m dealing with the same problem. Disputing thru credit card company 2 charges for nothing. I haven’t even logged into azure since sign-up. Called many times can’t find a billing department. Any success in disputing the charges?
Azure website is the worst piece of scum on planet earth. Its ironic that you set out to solve world's computing issues when you cant even sortout simple onboarding with creditcard.

I waste at least 30 to 60 minute a month printing out my bill each month so frystrating... becasue you have a system that is terrible when I login it does not show my subscription?
i have one I get a bill .... but i only get my bill at a certain page and its not the aqzure portal oage where it is supposed to be... why
they just send me the url to open the the ticket. see that does not work even .. sucks more
