  1. Your process is a joke and sucks!

    Your people who answer the phone a nice, but your process is a joke and really sucks. Transferred three times, and a half an hour of my time shot for a simple billing question that was not fully answered, so now I am waiting for a call back. Your process is a total joke and the reason Microsoft is going to lose more and more loyal customers. Check out Amazons customer service if you want to see how its done correctly.

  2. No free support for Azure portal issues?

    I used the new portal to create a new Resource Group & Web Hosting Plan - but when I try to create any new service in them, it fails with an error:

  4. Enable the "+ Get support" button

    At the top of the "Help + Support" page, the "+ Get support" button is greyed out. How am I supposed to get help?

  5. Minor issues in german language version of the portal

    1) My name includes an Umlaut which is not rendered correctly when displaying my username on the right top of the page.

    2) The services include the note f.e. "by Microsoft". In the german portal this is translated to "nach Microsoft" which is a little bit weired ... it should be "von Microsoft".

  6. Existing support requests do not appear in Preview Portal

    Why not have existing support requests appear in the Preview Portal? That way i could tell Azure support that Surface Pro support have resolved my difficulty with connecting to the Azure ftp sites. Turns out IE11 Modern simply can't connect to Azure ftp sites, only the Desktop IE11 can connect.

    Hi,

    Thanks for writing to us. There’s a Help+Support part on the start board of the portal where you can view info related to this including the list of Support Requests.
    Do you mean you do not see the list of Support Requests on this page?

  8. Standard alert send by Azure to Subscription Administrator

    When are azure team will sending alert mails to azure administrator?

    I wants to know, if azure storage/cloud service/sql database/service bus are down for some reason, how administrator will intimate?

    Is it by alert mail?

    How can configure this mail alert in azure portal?

    Kindly expedite and update about this.

    Error creating support request. I didn't see that I needed to hit Create. I happened to go back to the support page via the Active menu, then noticed and hit Create.

  11. Don't make me open a Premier Case for Azure support

    Azure is already expensive. I should not have to pay for additional support when something goes wrong.

    Any plans to provide Azure based communication services platform? e.g. Using skype one can enable communications for end customers.

    This sounds very interesting. Can you share more thoughts about how you’d like to see something like this work and what scenarios you’re hoping to enable with it?

  13. automatic user report for bad service or problem

    put in the dashboard a red status button
    (are you suffering for a bad service), then a menu with options for the type of the problem
    when you turn it on you have the bar in the bottom became red and a pop up ask you every reload of the page if the problem is fixed, for all the time until you turn the red status button off

    your page http://azure.microsoft.com/it-it/status/ is not really accurate and a stat page with user red status can be automatically be simpler
    the red status can be overrided by the staff if they resolved…

  16. Provide support for Azure trials!

    Just a comment for the Azure team. I was very excited about the possibility of creating an infrastructure on Azure to manage clients needs. Unfortunately, the free trial that you market to create a "test lab" to learn the technology is useless without support to help resolve issues on the basic setup of the servers and connections. I consider myself to be pretty smart, but I get error after error on your system and there's no documentation or help to provide guidance, or even books to buy that really do help.   17. DONT! I cant even be able to take a trial azure account it locked my 3 bank accounts and does not accept my phone. All support links are dad

    its a terrible service. cant remove any bank accounts its all locked. why do you even take all creadit card info if you dont make any payment. you know why its called scam.
