Blob Indexing w File Crackers
We would love to have blob containers indexed. One option may be to use iFilter support.

It's work like a SQL Server Data Table?

Please include this. This adds so much value to CMS application that builds off Azure blob!
Would love to try it out as well, we are currently using azure search service in our product. Also, I don't know if you allowed filtered search on the documents themselves. We are doing filtered search currently in order to achieve security this ensures people are not searching and getting results for things they do not have access too. If this feature allows for filtering on meta data, it would be great, or someway to achieve a security tokens for a given blob file.

Not sure how to ping you Eugene but this is definitely something I would like to have. Otherwise I will have to extract and index it manually myself.

I'd love to get in on some of that action Eugene.
Eugene, I would love to try it out the moment it is available. Thanks!

Eugene, we would absolutely like to try it out, as soon as the holidays are over (early/mid August)!

I cam trying to use Azure Storage, but I can not find where Search is natively supported via the REST API. How can I support Azure Storage Search via the Rest API
Microsoft bought Fast Search for Sharepoint. Can it be integrated with the blob in the same way it is provided in Sharepoint?
I think the next big thing would be making blob searchable as there currently is no way to make documents searchable on Azure.

Allow search across other types of storage ie: Azure storage, Amazon, Dropbox, and so on i.e. a way to access common storage locations
