Support for WORM (Write Once Read Many) storage backup
WORM backup is usually required for meeting compliance.

Same here. We would highly appreciate this feature.
Soft delete is good but it can be circumvented if an admin account is compromised.
We need a WORM policy like we have it for storage accounts, i.e. not even admins should be able to delete highly critical backups for a certain period of time.

This would be great when looking for ransomware protection. AWS already offers AWS S3 immutable storage which Veeam will use in V10 of their product. Microsoft should really catch up and offer a similar option

I have a scenario where a financial customer has a requirement that all their backups are WORM compliant.
I understand that we have this feature on blob storage (immutable storage) but when we use Azure Backup we don't have this option. When this feature will be available?
