Great demo, looking forward to using this once it hits GA. In the video, it looks like you can restore to the original storage account. Any plans for being able to restore to a new storage account -- for doing forensics or doing a DR test without affecting the state of the original SA?

I support other votes for BLOB backup, table backup and long-term backup retention policy (LTR) for file shares. These should be available out of the box and are critical in all enterprise scenarios.

Azure Table Storage backup please, please, please, pretty please.
It appears to me that Table Storage is in even worse situation than Blobs. Table Storage does not offer any events to log changes. AzCopy (which was good only for full backups anyway) DOES NOT SUPPORT TABLES in its latest version v8.1, although they provide link and instructions how to do it with earlier version (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-use-azcopy).
It is mind-boggling how this can be.
So yes Critical: Storage (Table)

Can we add Alerting to Platform SQL backups, matching what is available in VM backups
