Update: We are currently working on enabling operational backup for blobs and the ETA for the limited preview is November ’20.

Need ability to back up Blob Storage with retention so that if blob storage was accidentally or maliciously deleted, it can be recovered.

The most important PaaS backup we need is for Storage Accounts. For example for Web Apps which store data in blob containers.
