How can we improve Microsoft Azure Machine Learning?

Add email notifications when a running instance completes

If you've got a big dataset, often the first few steps (e.g. Reader getting several Gb of data from Azure BLOB storage, or a split/fold/partition/etc on a big dataset) can take a disproportionately long time. And that's fine, but I don't necessarily want to sit & watch.

If you added an "email me when step X completes" so I can go make dinner while the import runs, I would be a happy, happy boy.

adding, even if not by email, being notified on the browser when logged on or working on another experiment, this would be great, notify the user that started it online, with a link to open the exp

Would be great indeed, meantime a workaround is to use for example the AzureML powershell library.
ex: Start-AmlExperiment will wait for completion so you can add a send email step then, or just periodically checking experiments status with Get-AmlExperiment & $exp.Status.StatusCode
