How can we improve Microsoft Azure Machine Learning?

Import data from Azure Data Lake Store

Right now you can access files on Azure Data Lake Store through a Hive cluster, which is both expensive and hard to set up. Azure ML should have direct access to Azure Data Lake Store files.

Hi team, do you have any update of this feature? This would be really a ground breaking and cost effective feature to start with

@MicrosoftGuys, Seriously this Idea has a year with over 100 Votes? You are pushing so hard to move to ADLS and we still need do translation of data by HDInsight...

Hi, even I agree with this point. It is expensive as well as more complex for doing ML with data lake. There should be direct connection.

as companies/business setup data lake store and invest. its a must that ML other services be able to connect and consume data from lake. ML, AAS.
