  3. Provide the ability for a tenant to specify the provisioning of a VM across upgrade or fault domains.

I would be of great value if the tenant was able to select the upgrade or fault domain that the VM must be deployed into. Similar to the functionality that Microsoft Azure provides. Currently there is no way for a tenant to specify that he workloads must split across domains. This must also not necessarily be part of a scalable VM role where it is done automatically in Azure. If for instance the tenant is the AD team that wants to deploy 2 DC's, it would be great if they had the ability to select a upgrade/fault domain into which…

  6. Pay As You Go - resource mangement

Implementing basic PayAsYouGo resource management to VMM+WAP. Current resource management in VMM+WAP is based on fixed resource allocation to VMs (All VMs are counted to Oversubscription formula without exception no matter VMs is running or not). PayAsYouGo need different approach for resource reservations for turned off VMs. Something like weight attribute to reduce RAM reservations in Oversubscription computation will help reduce unused RAM footprint non running VMs.

  8. Disabling VM Role in Azure Pack

    [SUGGESTION]

Could be possible remove the VMRole with configuration in plan.

And, It could be possible to remove the VMRoleSizeProfile with:

    Get-CloudVMRoleSizeProfile | Remove-CloudVMRoleSizeProfile

VMRoleProfile empty is very confused for users
