Please don't retire Azure Scheduler
The Azure Scheduler seems exactly what I need to fire a REST request or some other task on a regular basis but I see it is set to retire on 30th Sept 2019 in favour of LogicApps. LogicApps seems overkill for a simple use case like this.

The missing thing with Logic Apps is high availability. There is no regional failover for a logic app. But Azure Scheduler does have high availability.
So if you want a LogicApp that repeats on a schedule, in the case of a regional failure it seems like you have to manually do failover.
