There is no indication in the portal where the user is, sometimes lost. Some indicator how the user navigated, and cognition to be built.
There is no indication in the portal where the user is, sometimes lost. Some indicator how the user navigated, and cognition can be built. When user navigates again to same menu, we can indicate if user visited that page before. This will be useful and will be liked by users.1 vote
It would be more convenient for users to copy/paste the SQL server name if the it's shown in the default Overview panel, or have a link somewhere to copy directly.1 vote
Please add posibility to search such things like public profile.1 vote
It would be good to add a column showing the username/account name of the person who created the resource when viewing a Resource Group (or list of Resources) as it's a nightmare to trawl through logs and find out at the moment.1 vote
I use multiple email addresses with different email domains to manage multiple accounts. Some accounts have multiple subscriptions to them.
However, the space where the email address is displayed at the top too small. I can't tell which email I'm looking at.
And if you have multiple subscriptions, there isn't a way to know which subscription is which because it only shows the id -- not the organization it is associated with.1 vote
We’ll look into making it more responsive. Thanks for the feedback.
Thanks for the feedback. We’re reviewing the categories now, which should end up being more closely aligned to what you’re suggesting.
I would like to suggest the moving of the windows on top of each other. So as you can be able to see the previous information behind the current window. I attached the windows related look and feel.1 vote
This isn’t something we’re considering today, but if it’s a popular request, we can consider it.
Click on a notification that is still processing. You get a blade open that shows some information. Leave that blade open, and click the same notification again. You get ANOTHER blade showing the SAME info. Can't you tie the newly opened blade to the Notification item from which it came?1 vote
when creating new resources I find the 'new resource selector' and then the create blades are in the way once I have selected the type of resource and determined to create it.
I always find myself minimizing those two places over and over again to see the resource group or other previous blade for names and to help me fill out the fields more accurately.
in the screenshot I have the 2 I mention minimized.
It would be so helpful to automatically minimize certain blades as you traverse to the next blade.1 vote
We’re working on a new design that will make better use of screen real estate. That should mitigate your concerns here.
Please please get rid of the leftmost menu and replace it with the menu that appears after clicking Browse
I hate clicking Browse to see the full list of services. It's an extra click for me. Put the full list on the leftmost panel and keep the filter textbox. Or merge the two menus together keeping the current leftmost panel at the top and full list at the bottom so users can still see most commonly used services. This is driving me nuts.1 vote
Azure Portal continues on and on when you clicking on resources (endless loop journeys). Surely it should know that the blade to the left is the one it’s trying to open and just go there?1 vote
