Make a note during Azure Log-In that clearing your browser cache/cookies is helpful for the best possible Azure user experience.
As an Azure support specialist, I can say easily 15-20% of our issues come down to stale cache, causing portal irregularities that are fixed by trying in a different browser/clearing cache and cookies. Let people know up front that 'For the best Azure experience possible, we suggest clearing your cache (insert link how to do so for all browsers) before logging in'. That would be spectacular. If only 10% of people see that, we still reduce our work load by a significant value, and we can refer them back to that message, letting them know we have their best experience in mind.
