Hierarchical view of the Subscriptions or Resources
Currently the Azure portal gives only a list of the contents in a tabular format, which makes it difficult to understand how the resources are organized.
There is also a value in mentioning the cost against each resource to improve User Experience.
The idea is to give an ILLUSTRATION of the assets or resources managed by the users.
The resources in Azure can be organized in a hierarchical way to represent the way they are being used.
The attachment has a sample illustration which can be auto generated from Visio to explain the user.
If the user has bought Visio product, he would be able to edit and use it for presenting it in their organization.
If the user doesn't have License for Visio, he should be able to download it or email as a Picture (Jpeg).
The important benefit in this representation will be to add "COST" to each of the resource, so that the users need not go through a long list of tabular entries in Cost.
For example if the User or Organization have 100's of resources, it is very difficult to view and assess the cost of each resource. These are listed in a table and one has to scroll down all the way just to see the resources.
