Help + support - All support requests - Disable preloading
In the All support requests screen, it tries to load just the open tickets before any criteria is set, this is causing a huge delay to quickly track an Azure ticket's status, have to wait until all is loaded.
Do not allow to pre-load all, instead provide an option to first set one of the criteria's and then load based on the criterias set.

TOTALLY Agree. Don't Microsoft live in the real world when it comes to things like this? ARM console is a world-beater, best UX ever ... yet let down in the odd place like this one! If you are IN a ticket, and waiting for a new update, there is no refresh. So then you need to refresh at the Browser lever (F5) and go through the whole huge delay while it pre-searches across ALL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS for anything from the last 7 days (generally NOT useful!)...
