Employ more Support members of staff. So when customers phone up, they are not put through to an answer machine.
Employ more Support members of staff. So when customers phone up, they are not put through to an answer machine. It always takes days to get a reply back from Azure Support. Azure Support gets 0 points out of 100.
I also use Office 365 support and they get 100 points out of 100. I always get a phone call back from Office 365 support within 10 minutes. Azure support can learn a lot from Office 365 support.
