Sorting the virtual machines based on running status.
In the portal.azure.com, when we view the virtual machine resources, it is getting listed by the name of the VM, status, resource group, location, subscription. Where we are allowed to sort the resources by name, location, resource group, location, subscription but not by the status. It would be great if we have this. This will help the infra maintenance engineers while collecting data from the portal

we have had to come up with so many powershell scripts to achieve something very simple. we also have over 500 VMs, currently this adds nearly an hours work just wading through pages to ensure all VM's are running when we execute maintenance.

We have over 500 VMs, we often leave DR servers offline and deallocated so they are not costing money when not in use. For patching we must start all VM's by not allowing a sort by status we have to wait for the Azure page to render all the vms which can take 15 minutes before we can tag vms at a time to stop and start.

I would imagine this is a fairly low piece of hanging fruit to remedy.
I'm surprised this hasn't been implemented two years later.
Tested in Edge, Opera, Firefox, Chrome.

Need a sort/filter option to display the servers based on STATUS value.
I would like to see RUNNING servers on top of the list. -

Still this is not implemented :( This is a small correction in the UI portal
