Moving Resources between Resource Groups and other Subscriptions
In the Move resources option there should be check boxes enabled for Select/Unselect all the resources that we are planning to move to other Subscriptions and Resource groups within same subscriptions.

It is necessary to allow the movement of VMs created in the marketplace, currently it is not possible
