Add support for circular foreign key dependencies
Curently if the database contains circular foreign key dependencies the Azure Data Sync will not deploy the sync group reporting the error:
Cannot deploy the sync group because there is a circular foreign key dependency
We will consider this in the future.

I'd love to see this asap. This is effectively stopping me from using data sync on any of my databases.

Really, this is really a big show stopper if we want to create High Availability on SQL Azure ... because without this, we can't setup SQL Sync Group and without that we can't do auto sync between two or more sql azure instances..

This is really a major obstacle
we really need this too
we have a few self-referencing tables for heirarchies like i think some other apps have
and we have a couple actual circular reference tables too
so without this circular reference support we cannot use sql data sync at all

Right now I have a table that represents a hierarchy. None of the tables make a complete circle reference, but the table does have a foreign key to itself. This seems like the best way to establish a hierarchy and should be supported
