Queue connections/requests that go over Concurrent Connection limit - don't kill them. This makes Azure SQL a useless toy until fixed.
This should have been fixed... YESTERDAY. Do not kill my concurrent connections/queries, just queue them up if they go over the soft limit.
Your horrible design causes my website to go down when it gets high load. This is a horrific design on your part. And please don't tell me to limit my connections on my side. When I use SQL Server in a VM I have no such limits or problems - even when it is a TINY VM. No more excuses, just fix it - it's been years.
