Fix gaps in BGP and ARP availability metrics
There are gaps in the metrics on our 3 ExpressRoute circuits, across two different service providers, for both BGP and ARP availability. With these gaps, monitoring at a granular level is not an option as it incorrectly represents availability at absurd numbers like 63% over the last 4 hours. Upon opening a support ticket, Microsoft determined this was a known issue and there is no timeline for a fix. I was also not given a way to track the status of this issue and was directed here to post feedback which could then allow the development team to provide updates. Until a fix is in place, we were told to group metrics in bundles of 10 minutes to avoid incorrectly counted statistics. While this works around the availability representation, it also removes the ability to have any kind of usable graph at smaller time frames.
