Pathbased rules are case sensitive for WAF_v2
It seems as the 'Paths' of Pathbased rules of Azure Application Gateway with tier 'WAF_v2' are case sensitive.
this can become blocking if there exist multiple clients where case sensitivity has not been of consirn.

As a note, this has been fixed, and the rules are no longer case sensitive for v2 as of 9/11/19. Please see the following DOC https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/application-gateway/url-route-overview#pathpattern

I also agree with Paco suggestion.
The rules are indeed case sensitive but detects duplicate when i try to create another similar rule with all upper case.
In addition, you can't create rules for paths '/foo' and '/Foo', because you get an error:
Paths specified in a UrlPathMap must be unique. Path /foo is already specified in another PathRule ...
If paths are case sensitive is should be allowed to create these two rules.
