static IPv6 to VM without Load Balancer
Need to assign both static IPv6 & static IPv4 to my VM without Load Balancer
Can someone please share the azure powershell CLI commands that one would need to spin up a dual-stack IPv4/v6 ubuntu VM?
This isn't documented at all. IMO the portal should simply have this feature as a tickbox when a load balancer isn't wanted.

Fast forward to 2020, and this is now possible. I just deployed an Azure VM with two public static IPs: IPv4 and IPv6.
There are some caveats:
- Must be done at VM creation time. Cannot add IPv6 afterwards.
- NIC and VM must be created via the CLI. Cannot do this via the Azure Portal.
