Azure Application Gateway - support for default route through NVA FW
An Azure Application Gateway subnet can't have a UDR with a default route through an Network Virtual Appliance FW or Backend Health will be "unknown" This is due to asynchronous routing between the Azure Monitoring Service, the App Gateway, and the NVA FW. We need a way to create a route exception in the UDR for the Azure Monitoring Services traffic.

Need Application Gateway v2 to have UDR enabled for usage behind an NVA (3rd party firewall)

This is a horrible thing. Please fix it.
Our team have been experiencing this issue recently. Really need the option to route any traffic through the NVA, as required. That's what we bought it for.
This is also causing us issues. Please resolve
