Monitoring of ExpressRoute
I want to be alerted, when my metered ExpressRoute is reaching a certain limit (that it is cheaper for me to go with unlimited model).
Overall no monitoring supported to verify if peering is up, how much inbound and outbound traffic is going through the ExpressRoute/Virtual Network Gateway.
The ExpressRoute is critical and therefore its state needs to be monitored.
Any updates on this.. I have a VNET gateway I would like to setup for monitoring

Customer can not know himself ExpressRoute is reaching a certain limit or not now. Gateway has limitation of bps, pps and number of connections.
Please update function for monitoring of above.
Any updates on the Azure Expressroute alerting? I would like to know if my Expressroute is down and get alerts emailed to me.

There is now a Preview of Network Performance Monitor for ExpressRoute (only available in West Central US region), see:
Is there an ETA when this NPM for ExpressRoute will be available in the West Europe (and other) regions?
Is there any monitoring supported to verify if peering is up, how much inbound and outbound traffic is going through the ExpressRoute/Virtual Network Gateway.
Thanks for the feedback. We are working on this capability and it should light up soon.
