    1. Change some config on load balancer it takes more than 3 minutes to take effect on it after i saw the succeed returned result on portal.

      This is a customer's comment:
When changing some config on load balancer it takes more than 3 minutes to take effect on it after i saw the succeed returned result on portal. So the message shows on the portal is not real-time status of the config effecting.

    2. Support for Multi-SAN certificate in Azure App Gateway

we want to use Multi SAN certificate for Azure Application gateway instead of wildcard cert. AWS allows us to do this. with Multi SAN cert, We minimize the risk with issuing a wildcard certificate and the certificate is cheaper for us

    3. Enable Public IP ranges to be requested.

Currently only a single Public IP can be requested. It would be useful to request a range.

    4. Multiple Standard SKU Load Balancer per AV set

For a multi-NIC NVA pool to leverage HA ports from a Standard SKU load balancer it will need to be able to support more than one load balancer per AV set. Typical deployment would have one NIC for a Trusted zone, one NIC for an Untrusted zone. For routing symmetry and redundancy you should be able to load balance for both inbound and outbound traffic on the same NVA pool.

    6. traffic analytics dashboard not showing data after long time

I enabled traffic analytics dashboard to get insights from NSGs and after one hour, I still don't see any data on the dashboard.
when I open the dashboard, it doesn't show my log analytics workspace:
"Looks like you do not have any Log Analytics workspace under the selected Log Anaytics subscriptions. Try changing the Log Analytics subscriptions selection."
Is there anything I can try to fix it?

    7. Traffic Analytics cannot detect Log Analytics workplace

The "Traffic Analytics (Preview) Portal is unable to detect the Log Analytics workplace :

The Log Analytics is configured to PerNode (OMS) , it's located to US East and have the new analytics language enabled.
I can see that the NSGs are sending diagnostc data using the "AzureNetworkAnalytics_CL" type.

NSGs are configured and their status is "Enabled"

    8. Provide option to trigger Alerts based on Network Watcher Connection Monitor result

It would be useful if there is an option to trigger an Alert directly from the Network Watcher Connection Monitor when the result of a Monitor is UnReachable.

    9. Reference a DNS record (CNAME) for custom hostname binding for Web App in second subscription

I would like to reuse CNAME defined in one subscription for application's custom hostname in another. Can it be done through ARM template? If not, what's the alternative?

In subscription A there is a DNS zone X. I'm deploying resource group with various resources to another subscription B. Would I need to recreate zone, copy it, or just reference it from subscription A to use in another subscription B? I need this custom hostname for APIM and Web Apps and I would like to automate this process.

From your Azure DNS zone you can create a DNS record that CNAMEs to any domain, whether it’s of another Azure resource in another subscription, or even outside of Azure. Also, you can add a custom domain name to Azure resources where the custom domain name is a DNS zone (even in another subscription).

For some custom domain name scenarios see
      https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/dns/dns-custom-domain

    10. blob (web site) under traffic manager

I also want to confirm the answer to the previous post (https://feedback.azure.com/forums/217313-networking/suggestions/31142419-traffic-manager-support-blob-storage).
Two blob storages (for web site), one in japan west region, another in japan east region, under traffic manager.

Can I know support status of blob under traffic manager ?

I configured on the azure portal as the following operation, and could see traffic manager is functioning.

      1. on traffice manager blade, create two endpoints as following parameter.

      2. type : external endpoint

      3. fully qualified domain name or ip : FQDN of blob Storages

      4. on storage account blade, specifiy traffic manager FQDN to custom domain field of each…

    11. Need ability to reserve continuous IP addresses

Need to be able to reserve continuous IP addresses. This is possible with workarounds, but the workarounds come with scale limitations. Users should be able to reserve continuous IP addresses.

    12. pls renew the documentation for P2S

pls update the self generated certificate stuff so it works in August 2018 - I walked through the entire creation/import/vpn configuration steps for a P2S and at the end the VPN keeps saying "no client certificate" but the documentation says that the computer that creates the self signed certificate will automatically create a client certificate too.

    13. Bandwidth upgrade

      "Dynamic scaling of bandwidth
You can increase the ExpressRoute circuit bandwidth (on a best effort basis) without having to tear down your connections."

This is not true if Equinix is your cloud exchange provider.

    14. Disabling Public IP address assignment in a Subnet level.

Cuurently its not easy to create a Private only Subnet. Only way is to create a VM & create automation Job to remove the Public IP interface.

    16. Backup and restore each network resource configuration settings

Network resources configuration like VNET, Traffic Manager, Load Balancer, VPN GW, App GW, UDR, NSG, be able to backup and restore by each compornent.
This would help if configuration ever gets lost, accidentally changes it, corrupt, or we want to recreate a new component and keep some favorite settings.

    17. Paas service: How to check on portal if instance is active in load balancer or not

Is there is any Azure Metric that is emitted whenever a resource is taken out of load-Balancer ? I am looking for a better method than IIS logs for this as going to IIS logs every time is quite slow and not very practical as we go to do testing on various resources.

I understand if there is current limitation to not expose this via Portal (which I think should be exposed : a future feature request), However I would appreciate if there is any metric that we can sign up to know this detail.

    18. add support for internal loadbalancers on vm scalesets

We don't want to use the external loadbalancer in a scaleset, we've got our own firewall setup in Azure and want the scaleset behind it, but with an azure internal loadbalancer.

    20. Internal Load Balancer support for multiple availability sets

It would be great if the internal load balancer supports multiple availability sets. Each backend pool allowing to target a different availability set.

We host a HA multi-tiered solution with VMs for each tier in their own availability set. Clients connect to these servers via internal load balancers.

Each tier now has its own ILB and subsequently its own IP and FQDN to have clients connect to (app.domain.local, instead of app.domain.local, app-web.domain.local, app-mgmt.domain.local, ...)

      This will allow for
      - 1 ILB per solution
      - a single endpoint and FQDN to access the various tiers in the app (app.domain.local, instead of…
