Editing Filters in SSMS Object Explorer doesn't Refresh the Filtered Results
As an example:
- In SSMS Object Explorer, right-click on Tables and select Filter/Filter Settings
- Add some filter settings and click OK
If there we no pre-existing filter settings then the filter is applied and the Object Explorer is refreshed. However if there were existing settings clicking OK will do nothing and the user has to manually refresh the Object Explorer.

Support for O365 Data Classification on Azure FIles
It would be great to enable the O365 functions which are incorporated into the Advanced Compliance features (Data Classification, Compliance Reporting etc) to scan the Azure Files repository. This would enable seamless classification and reporting of files across, Onedrive, Sharepoint and Azure Files - providing a single pain of glass for an entire file ecosystem.

Provide a way to encrypt or obfuscate blob names
My application stores a lot of files containing user data, where each blob is named after a corresponding primary-key in a relational database.
Currently my blob storage container is private and all requests for blobs are proxied through my web application.
To reduce server load I would like to expose the blobs directly, however this would mean exposing the raw blob name to end-users, which gives away the unencrypted database primary-key value.
I know I can prevent access to blobs using Shared Access Signatures however I don't need that kind of security - I just want to obfuscate blob names…

Can we store Azure Storage Metrics in Eventhub?
Can we store Azure Storage Metrics in Eventhub? I've created a diagnostic setting for the Azure Storage account with a destination to an eventhub. However I don't see the stream. Do the logs and metrics only stay in the storage blobs?

Don't charge for attached disks to VM's when the VM is stopped and deallocated
When you deallocate a VM all charging is stopped but any attached disk continues to be charged. It would be better if any attached disk were also deallocated to stop them being charged too.
At the very least the there should be a warning that disks will be charged

highlight how to disable Nagle's algorithm in your performance optimization MSDN articles
The MSDN article that describes Nagle's algorithm (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsazure/hh697709.aspx) should highlight the performance gains from disabling Nagle's algorithm.
In our case, disabling that algorithm yielded an order of magnitude improvement in latency (from 300 to 30 ms). This is a vital piece of information that is not highlighted in performance optimization documentation for Azure.
It may even be worthwhile to consider disabling Nagle's algorithm by default, or provide some default configuration examples that remark on this algorithm.
1 voteWe have documented the impact of Nagle’s Algorithm on the Windows Azure Storage Team Blog (http://blogs.msdn.com/b/windowsazurestorage/archive/2010/06/25/nagle-s-algorithm-is-not-friendly-towards-small-requests.aspx), and will work to make it more prevalent in our other performance-related documentation.

Files API: Support filter and sort for directories
The file service REST Api provides a single operation to access the content (directories and files) of a directory:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/storageservices/list-directories-and-filesAs a developer I need a query option that allows me to implement a file explorer user experience. This includes options to:
* filter/sort by item type (file | directory)
* filter/sort by name (wildcards, regex)
* filter/sort by file properties/attributes (e.g. creation date)
* specify the file properties/attributes included in the search result
* support for paging (skip/take)Others have asked for similar features for blob storage:
https://feedback.azure.com/forums/217298-storage/suggestions/9045049-blob-storage-enable-filtration-in-listing-apis
https://feedback.azure.com/forums/217298-storage/suggestions/32363173-sorting-filtering-blobs-in-containerThere is also some support for query operations in table…

SSMS Crashes when using Query Store dashboards
Bug.. for instance, if you select "Regressed Queries" and then change the Configuration to show Recent: Last 2 days, and History: Last 2 weeks, while hovering or selecting different query id's, SSMS will crash, close and reopen.
