AzCopy should support filtering of table entities
Just like a Pattern parameter for copying blobs, there should be a similar parameter for copying table entities.
It should be possible to filter both on partition and and row keys.
I personally find it quite seldom that I need to copy entire table.
Thank you for your feedback! This work is on our backlog. However, it is unlikely to happen in the coming year. We will update here if this changes.

If you are still looking for a solution for this problem, please look at a package I released on NuGet
You can copy a table to a file or blob file, restore a table from a file or blob file as well as copy to another table on the same account or a different account and there is an option to filter rows based on PartitionKeys as well as Timestamps.
I also created a reference command line code base and put it on
GitHub https://github.com/TheByteStuff/AzureTableBackupRestore which allows this to be executed from a command line or Docker container.
If this doesn't quite match what you want, let me know what the shortcoming is and I'll see if I can incorporate it.
Is this feature available?
It's continually shocking to me how inadequate Azure table storage is. It's nearly impossible to query/manage data. There is currently no way to copy data from one table storage to another with a filter. You can't even do it after manually exporting a filtered data set because you can only export a CSV and AzCopy only works on JSON (manifests).
I think this would be a great addition to AzCopy for Azure Tables
