Recycle bin for Azure File Shares
Using Azure File Shares as network drives but there's no method for users to recover individual files/folders. This would also enable users to recover their own files, instead of requiring an IT support incident.
Alternatively, if that's not possible, increase the Azure backup frequency for File Shares from 1 day (current shortest period) to hourly

@sumanth Soft delete only supports deleting and recovering an entire file share.
I am talking about recycle bin for individual files and folders. Also with the ability for non-admins to restore (the same as windows explorer).

Azure Storage offers soft delete for file shares so that you can more easily recover your data when it's mistakenly deleted by an application or other storage account user. To learn more about soft delete, see How to prevent accidental deletion of Azure file shares.
Soft delete for Azure file shares is now enabled by default! This change will apply to all new storage accounts. The change has already been rolled out in most Azure regions, and should be live in all regions by the end of day tomorrow. See our Azure announcement for more information: https://azure.microsoft.com/updates/general-availability-soft-delete-for-azure-file-shares-is-now-on-by-default-for-new-storage-accounts/
I'd recommend posting your question in https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/community/ we would like to work closer on this issue
