Storage Blobs not accessible while trying to load the blob list from either the Azure Portal or any other means. This happened due to multiple zone wide storage outage. It wasn't mentioned in the Azure Status History as well. A prompt notification or listing in the Status history would be really beneficial for a lot of Azure storage account users.
