Azure Storage Explorer
Azure Storage Explorer should have, a “Load More” or, a “Load All” button, which should be accompanied by a warning.
If ASE has cached only a certain number of entries and you try to order that cache (whether by Last Modified Date or any other attribute), you should get a warning if the cache size is smaller than the container size, and perhaps the option of loading the entire container. That way, it doesn’t just give a misleading listing that is incorrect for subtle reasons.

ASE Already has a "Load More" button, but it only loads 1000 more items. So it is unpleasant, if the container has tens of thousands of entries, to keep hitting "Load More" over and over. So really the point is to provide a "Load All" button.
Also, at time of this writing, windows desktop version the "Load More" button only works for a couple of iterations and then stops doing anything. Seems to keep working in the Preview Web App version.
Finally, for one idea, please see the Cloud Explorer in Visual Studio, which does this by disabling sort options unless all entries are downloaded.
