Mobile client for Azure Files
Create a mobile client for iOS and Android for accessing files on Azure Files. It could be part of OneDrive, Outlook or just a completely new app.
Read-only offline copy support would also be great
Thanks for your feedback! We are looking at it to evaluate if we address your feedback and when.

it would be great to see this be an option for laptops and phones. adding into the one drive sync client would make it one less client. windows file explorer is getting cluttered and messy with all the left side options quick access, one drive sync, one drive sharepoint sync, local disks and drives.
nobody wants to be a sharepoint admin and this would give folks a secondary team drive option.
it would need to integrate into all the existing sharing solutions like teams etc to really be useful

I'm currently looking at azure files, it has a lot of the features I want. But I need a way for my users to access these files remotely on a mobile/tablet.
My company would be keen on a solution that removes the need to on-premise file servers. we do our best to remove on-premise server infrastructure from our 100 site locations.
As an additional sync Partner for OneDrive it would be possible to make the files locally accessable to mobile devices
Please provide a client for Mobile and Windows 10 desktop as well. In increasingly mobile-first groups and companies, it would be ideal to minimize or eliminate the need for on-premise server infrastructure.
A Mobile/Win10 client would allow a business to place their entire infrastructure in the cloud, while benefiting from the full power of Azure Files.

Does this cover Windows 10 use as well?
We really need a way to make Azure Files available as synchronizable and offline "shares" as we migrate from on-prem solutions to fully cloud-managed EUC architectures over the next couple of years.
Integration to the OneDrive for Business client would be ideal.
This was promising, but recently removed...
