Allow smaller premium drive sizes for VM
Currently the smallest premium disk size when creating a VM is 128 GB. We have many VM's that are used solely for computation intensive workload and large amounts of data are not stored to the operating system drive. A 64 GB option would be sufficient for the space we are using and help to reduce some of the premium storage costs.
Azure Storage is actively working on features that would address this concern.
Pleeeeese provide smaller disk

Having P4 (32GB) and P6 (64GB) Premium managed disk options is much needed.
I also would like to propose even smaller premium storage sizes than 64GB, in the range of 4-8-16-32 GB, in order to have cost effective use with SQL Server's 'Data Files on Azure' capability. It's a pity to be charged for 128 GB, for storing a file in premium storage of 1 GB.
