Change the Service Bus SDK to be a Portable Class Library
Right now, the Service Bus SDK requires the Full .NET Framework. For Xamarin and .NET Core situations, it would be much better if the Service Bus SDK were released as a Portable Class Library. (Oh, and open-sourcing the SDK would be great, too.)

Go go go!
I've been trying to send a message from Xamarin.Droid for several days now and without the BrokeredMessage class its impossible to work with the service bus. Please make the package available for Xamarin projects.

I would be delighted to see Service Bus SDK available for Portable class Library in near future. As Mobile applications seem to have large use case scenarios of services like Event Hubs. So, it would be an optimal choice for developers to use Service Bus PCL SDK instead of using the only available option that is REST APIs for Event Hubs.

Seven months later... I'm writing a .NET Core app that's going to talk to Service Bus, and I do a search to see if there's a .NET Core implementation of the Service Bus SDK, and I find my own feedback. Any updates? Is the team working on it at least?
