Difficulty deleting Disks
When I deleted a VM with out deleting the disks the disks can not be deleted later.
It allows neither to attach them nor delete them.
This is the error we get
There is currently a lease on the blob and no lease ID was specified in the request.

Attempting to reopen this posting, given recent CSE Feedback indicating the issue may still be in play.

It appears this issue may still be in play or has resurfaced, as Commercial Software Engineering (https://aka.ms/csehub) has received recent feedback indicating that managed disks in a VM become orphaned and undeletable after the VM is deleted.

Quick update- this is very similar to the ticket https://feedback.azure.com/forums/217534-documentation/suggestions/5247824-storage-removing-a-blob
A workaround using the OLD portal is viewable here; http://blogs.msdn.com/b/mast/archive/2013/02/05/iaas-unable-to-delete-vhd-there-is-currently-a-lease-on-the-blob.aspxI can't find a method of solving this with the new portal.
