Provide full functionality and support options
Unable to add disks to VMs; UI does not help the user understand why it cannot be done. No way to submit a simple support request for help.
However, the "old" portal works just fine to attach disks.
Thank you for the reply. I am able to now submit through the (?) menu as you pointed out. I am also able to add disks where I could not before.

KJohn, in the new portal, you can submit a request using the (?) command on the upper-right. toolbar Can you confirm if you are still unable to do so?
