Add Bulgaria as a Sell-From country
Even better, drop the condition (at least for EU countries) for being in the list if the service provided is free.

The Azure Marketplace, app store for Microsoft Azure, has expanded its sell-from country presence. In addition to the existing (22) sell-from countries, Independent Software Vendors (ISV) in Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia can promote and sell their apps, tools, and services in the Azure Marketplace to Azure customers around the world.
