Please fix bugs in Marketplace Purchase
Please fix this error ( because it is an error ) . I was trying to purchase ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK Service and I'm getting this error:
We cannot provide a billing estimate at this time. Please try again later. If this error persists, contact support with the following information.
Offer Variant is not available in user's market
I saw you gave us this response:
Try again. This error generally is a due to bandwidth issues and you will see this if the backend systems don’t respond/get response in fast enough time.
But I tried it at least ten times in two different days with same results, it is just not acceptable

I agree it's not acceptable - I had the same problem and could duplicate it at will. I provided a fix. Obviously, no one paid attention.
TO duplicate, you open the billing portal
Let your account time out
Try to log back in and do anything ... you will get this error.
The fix is to open an "In private" session.
Obviously, at logout, some persistent cookie is being set incorrectly. (flushing your cookies works too, but with today's cloud enabled world, this is unacceptable).
