Anomaly detection for metered billing should have configurable email address
The Anomaly detection for metered billing (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/marketplace/partner-center-portal/anomaly-detection-service-for-metered-billing) seems useful, but it's been default configured to use the Support and Engineering contacts for an Offer. This is not an appropriate use of the Support alias and does not comply with the documented use of the Support alias, which is defined as for use by Microsoft Partners to help them support customers using the offered service.
- Minimum requirement, stop using the Support contact when sending anomaly notices.
- Ideal requirement, provide a separate configuration for the contact to use for usage submission anomalies. Some companies may want to implement a specific workflow for this type of thing.
