How can we improve Azure Signup and Billing?

Stop sending me emails with an unmonitored address.

You keep sending me really annoying messages from an unmonitored email address. You ask me to fix a billing problem. I try but I cannot. You refer to a subscription but when I follow the link the response is that there is no such subscription. Here is your message...
