It would be EXTREMELY helpful if users could make MANUAL payments. More control over billing would be helpful.
I never know when you will try to charge my card. It always varies, especially when the 1st attempt fails. It would be extremely helpful if there was a way to make a manual payment. This is a feature that many of your competitors offer, do you anticipate improvements? It would really help with our cash flow management.
We have started working on a feature to enable the immediate settling of payments, which I believe lines up with what you are asking for. We don’t have an ETA as of yet, but we will update this space as information comes in.

I was going to create this issue / Request. Same as OP. sometimes my balance is not right for the invoice on the 10th day, but can be on the 11th. I then have to raise tickets to sort it. A simple button saying charge now, pay now etc would be just fine. only option is to update card details, but my card details are fine, it's the call to action that needs adding.

Billing issues can become mission critical, and highly emotive. The ability to rapidly resolve a billing issue - say, but entering valid credit card details - should allow BOTH 1) actual resolution of the billing issue, and 2) consistency across all interfaces and operations.
There is no point having a subscription billing page that says 'there is nothing outstanding', when every other screen in the portal says there is an arrears, and all actions are disabled.
You leave me with no action to take, no power to remediate.
There is not a snowball's chance in **** that I will recommend such a platform to any of my customers until I see sensible behaviour. Reliability is key. Clearly, you are not yet ready for prime-time.
Please give the ability to Pay Now so people can pay immediately for their subscriptions.

I really need a option on the portal to initiate payment of outstanding amounts on my subscriptions.
Right now, I have to create support ticket to ask for payment to be initiated beside the automatic billing that sometimes finds me unawares.
Given the security of credit cards,I have to put very minimal amounts on the card and restrict how much can be deducted at a go. With a button on the portal, I can load the card, initiate payment on my own if for any reason the automatic billing occurred when there wasn't sufficient amounts in my card to finish transaction.

There needs to be the option to make single time payments towards a balance with a credit card. Currently if you are on the invoice method your only options is either to wire or send a check. Setting up a bill payment via online banking would also be tremendously useful (USA/Canada).
Currently Azure is the only cloud based system that has this level of inflexibility with payment options and I am not really sure why.
I should note that I was forced into the invoice system because a single payment was missed and all future payments exceeded the max balance on our credit card; I had no other recourse because Azure doesn't except partial payments.
